Restorative Yoga is a very relaxing style of yoga. Poses are held between 5&20 minutes to allow your body to gently stretch and open up. All the poses are sitting or lying down and your body will be fully supported by props. Bolsters, pillows and blankets are used to make poses more comfortable and accessible for your body.
This type of yoga is a relaxing experience for those wishing to de-stress and is excellent for anyone suffering from anxiety, depression and insomnia. Please note, not all poses are suitable for pregnant women.
