A regular series of life drawing sessions guided by artist Matt Burden. Life drawing — drawings made from the living naked human form — can be an important way for anyone with an artistic impulse to exercise and develop their skills. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, it can contribute to a mindful and relaxed state, reduce anxiety, encourage new perspectives, and improve problem-solving, memory and cognition.
